• Lead the entire Manufacturing Team, including logistics and stores.
• Stay up to date with the latest manufacturing techniques and innovations.
• Proactively engage new product introductions.
• Instill a continuous improvement culture into the department.
• Build and oversee supplier relationships and stock management.
• Complete responsibility for departmental health and safety requirements.
• Facilitate audits and tours of the facility.
• Oversee onboarding training of new employees.
