A leading defence organisation in the UK is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to design and implement Production Systems. The role offers hybrid working, a salary circa £60,000, and involves leading a multi-disciplined team to ensure manufacturing improvements and validation processes are met. Circa £60.000 depending on experience
4-5 days per week on-site due to workload classification
British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship
Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.
An exciting new opportunity has become available within the Manufacturing Engineering team for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join the team.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day design, prove, implement and maintenance of Production Systems to deliver product on time, quality and cost. You will provide Engineering Leadership to a multi-disciplined team of Manufacturing, Process and Test Engineers alongside Industrial Validation of the internal and external supply chain. You will be responsible for leading a project through the manufacturing lifecycle and achieving the full validation of the manufacturing system.
