Responsibilities
  • Join team meetings, workshops, and practical training sessions.
  • Work across different departments—Production, Logistics, Purchasing—to see how everything fits together.
  • Help improve product designs and assemblies.
  • Use CAD software to create and develop engineering ideas.
  • Research new technologies that could make our manufacturing even better.
  • Take part in New Product Introduction projects.
  • Learn all about health & safety.
  • Strengthen your critical thinking.
  • Keep a diary of what you’ve learned and the projects you’ve worked on.
  • Build great relationships with engineers and technicians.
  • Get feedback, share your ideas, and contribute to improvements.
  • Gain confidence and experience that will set you up for your future career.
  • Attend college one day a week to gain your engineering qualifications.
Qualifications
  • A genuine interest in Engineering & Manufacturing.
  • Good time management and willingness to learn.
  • Problem‑solving skills and a positive mindset.
  • Computer skills (CAD experience is a bonus).
