Qualifications

  • Experience in mechanical assembly manufacturing in automotive, aerospace, machinery, medical, or consumer goods.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma (Green Belt desirable).
  • Strong knowledge of assembly line balancing and/or ergonomics.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimise mechanical assembly processes.
  • Lead lean manufacturing initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma).
  • Troubleshoot assembly line issues to reduce downtime.
  • Collaborate with Design, R&D, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
  • Improve product manufacturability and assembly methods.
