Qualifications

• Degree-qualified or HNC / HND in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Production or similar.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling, jigs & fixtures.
• Experience supporting new product introduction (NPI) and continuous improvement activities.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop and improve manufacturing processes.
• Support production through robust process definition.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Provide input to NPI and DFM activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and health & safety legislation.
