A Manufacturing Engineer is needed for a critical role in driving production efficiency and optimisation in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment. Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the machine shop team to improve process flow and new product introduction (NPI).
  • Drive production efficiency and quality through process improvements and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Implement new technologies and equipment to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot manufacturing issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Prepare and present technical reports to inform management and stakeholders on production progress and challenges.
  • Develop and manage project budgets and timelines to ensure targets are met.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the manufacturing environment.
  • Provide technical training and guidance to production staff.
