• A Degree (or equivalent) in Manufacturing, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 years' experience in a modern electronics or mechanical manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of production costs.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) is advantageous.
