Permanent – Full Time – 40 hours per week

We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated Managing Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in Exeter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Day‑to‑day administration of the Quantity Surveying department, ensuring the company’s contractual and financial interests are best served.
  • Prepare financial reports and maintain knowledge of claims and dispute resolution.
  • Oversee the project reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate composition of trading results.
  • Contribute to the presentation of Management accounts and forecasts by the region.
  • Manage the surveying department and be comfortable with recruiting, training and developing all levels of the commercial team.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record in a similar role or experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to make the step up.
  • Strong ability to manage a department and develop a commercial team.
