Our client, established in 1998, is a leading specialist in the design and installation of high‑end windows, doors, and conservatories across both the commercial and residential sectors.

They are now seeking a Managing Director to lead the business and drive overall performance.

As Managing Director, you will take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day leadership, performance, and strategic direction of the business. This is a hands‑on role combining strategy with execution.

  • Full ownership of business performance, including P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cash‑flow management
  • Developing and delivering a clear business and growth strategy aligned to commercial objectives

  • Leading all operational areas, including production, installation, sales, supply chain, and aftersales
