Managing Consultant – Temporary Recruitment

Pin Point Recruitment are currently looking to recruit an experienced Managing Consultant with a track record of delivery in temporary recruitment within the manufacturing, distribution or grounds maintenance sectors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day leadership of a small team of consultants and resourcers, tasked with the challenge of increasing revenue through effective leadership and first-class client and candidate management.

New business development will be key to this role, with focus on the Managing Consultant to mentor and develop the team in terms of sales activity, as well as taking a hands‑on approach and leading by example.

The Skills and Experience We’re Looking For

We are keen to hear from experienced Senior Recruiters or Team Managers who have an in-depth knowledge of volume temporary recruitment.

A talent for managing both experienced recruiters and entry‑level staff, honed over a number of years, is vital.

A proven sales pedigree, a good level of IT literacy and, above all else, a drive to succeed, are key prerequisites to this position.
