They are small but well established with a credible reputation, and operate with three specialist teams delivering permanent and interim briefs across C&I, FS, and NFP/Third sector. The firm has invested in technology including a personality predictive profiler to help qualify candidates quickly. Qualifications / Experience

• Interest in growing into an interim leadership role or a career billing path within recruitment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Experience or knowledge in Accountancy & Finance recruitment is desirable; comfortable engaging with roles from transactional level to senior leadership (up to CFO) and a salary range of £25,000–£150,000.
