A leading law firm in the UK is seeking a qualified Managing Associate to join their Employee Incentives team. This role involves delivering a mix of advisory and transactional work across employee incentives, advising on various remuneration structures, and supporting M&A deals. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of PQE and strong experience in incentives work. You will collaborate with teams across the UK and contribute to business development activities in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Our market-leading Employee Incentives team specialises in designing and implementing innovative remuneration structures and incentive plans. Working with clients ranging from owner-managed businesses to major multinationals, we advise on all aspects of employee benefits, support complex transactions, and handle the impact of corporate activity on participant rights. As a Managing Associate, you’ll work closely with Jonathan Fletcher Rogers (Partner) and collaborate across our highly regarded Corporate Tax team.
