A leading hospitality technology provider is seeking a Manager for Soft Brands to oversee a regional portfolio of customers and lead a team of Account Executives. This role will bridge strategy and execution with a focus on customer success. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in SaaS account management and people management, strong commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills. Familiarity with Salesforce and Atlassian tools is preferred. This is a full-time position based in the UK.
The primary role of the Manager Soft Brands is to oversee a regional portfolio of Soft Brands customers and lead a team of Account this people management role you will ensure your team executes our Soft Brand sales and customer success strategy supports value realisation and fosters long-term customer growth.
Reporting to the VP of Enterprise this role bridges strategy and execution providing coaching workflow direction and day-to-day decision-making support.
