A leading data and AI company is seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead their UK and Ireland team based in London. We are expanding our sales development team at Databricks and are looking for a strategic leader to manage and grow our UK and Ireland (UKI) team, and help us expand our business in the region.
Reporting to the Director of Sales Development EMEA, you will be a crucial member of our leadership team, leading recruiting, pipeline generation strategy and constructive coaching for our BDRs. You will have experience driving pipeline generation, leading sales development teams and working with sales and marketing teams.
This role is a hybrid role, based in our London office.
