This role offers the chance to manage a diverse portfolio of private wealth and corporate clients, working closely with senior leaders and mentoring junior staff. The successful applicant will be trusted to oversee more complex client matters and play a key role in driving service quality and process efficiency.

Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
  • Managing the formation and ongoing administration of a portfolio of client structures, including those with complex requirements.
  • Acting as a final reviewer and authority on day-to-day administration matters.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships and supporting the Director with client management.
  • Promoting best practice through process alignment, system usage, and service consistency.
  • Mentoring and supervising staff, contributing to their training and development.
  • Supporting innovation in policies, procedures, and service delivery.
  • Ensuring compliance with AML/CFT obligations, internal controls and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintaining data integrity and a strong focus on accuracy in all aspects of administration.
  • Participating in ad hoc projects and supporting strategic initiatives as required.
Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' relevant experience within the fiduciary or corporate services sector, supported by a recognised qualification such as STEP or ICSA. A strong technical understanding of regulatory and statutory requirements is essential, along with the ability to provide sound, commercially focused advice. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, client-focused, and capable of working independently while contributing to a team-based culture. Familiarity with Viewpoint would be beneficial.
