The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager to lead the development and execution of advanced BI and analytical capabilities within this organization. This role will be essential in converting extensive data resources into actionable insights that enhance strategic decision-making across various functions. The successful candidate will mentor and engage with team members and drive initiatives to maximize the value derived from data.

You will collaborate extensively with departments such as Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Service to tackle key challenges like pricing strategies, supply chain efficiency, and digital performance optimization, promoting a robust data-driven culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and execute analytic decision-making pipelines that transform complex data into strategic insights for a range of organizational users.
  • Design, manage, and refine an assortment of dashboards and reports focused on delivering rigorous analytics coupled with effective visual communication.
  • Foster an analytic-centric culture by mentoring team members and implementing data governance best practices throughout the company.

  • Extensive experience across multiple analytical domains, including revenue management, digital optimization, segmentation, and forecasting.
  • Exceptional communication skills combined with the ability to create compelling visual data presentations.
