The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our busy UK Inbound Immigration team. As part of our client service group you will supervise and manage engagements under the direction of Partners and Directors ensuring the delivery of high-quality compliant and efficient immigration services to our clients. Youll play a key leadership role in client relationship management team development and business growth initiatives within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

The Global Immigration team within EYs People Advisory Services practice is the largest single-brand provider of immigration services worldwide. We manage a wide range of business immigration solutions for multinational clients focusing on compliance and legal matters such as coordinating and filing work and visa applications renewals and extensions and advising on passport and nationality issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support junior team members through effective communication feedback and career development.
• Drive engagement learning and retention through EYs performance and development initiatives.
• Contribute to recruitment training and wider people initiatives.
• Ensure full compliance with EYs risk quality and engagement management procedures.
• Oversee time recording budgeting billing and cash collection to meet financial targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
• Share insights best practices and thought leadership to enhance EYs market presence.
• Collaborate across service lines to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Manage client engagements from scope to delivery ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Review immigration applications and advisory work ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Provide expert advice on UK immigration regulations and serve as a trusted business advisor.
• Maintain timely communication with clients and ensure accurate data management.

• Extensive business immigration experience with strong knowledge of UK Tier 2 processes.
