A leading travel technology company in Greater London is seeking a Flexibility Products Manager to manage a portfolio of flexibility-related products. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of product management experience, a solid understanding of airline fare structures, and a passion for solving user problems with scalable solutions. As a Flexibility Products Manager, you will be exposed to the international Digital Insurance and Fintech added‑value services ecosystem within a fast‑paced, data‑driven technology organization.
Your main responsibilities will be to own and evolve a portfolio of flexibility‑related products (such as ticket change products and cancellation options), drive commercial outcomes and customer value, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external partners. You will lead product discovery, manage delivery roadmaps, monitor product performance, and shape our go‑to‑market strategies.
This role is ideal for someone who brings a strong product mindset, a deep understanding of airline fare structures and booking systems, and a passion for solving real user problems with scalable solutions. The ideal candidate must have a 360° view combining travel and fintech understanding, a problem‑solving attitude, and a customer‑first approach, while being up to date with regulatory trends and best practices.
