Position Overview:

As the Manager of Data Science and Solutions Engineering, you will lead a multidisciplinary team that bridges analytical insight and engineering delivery. Your team will be responsible for both the exploration and modeling of complex datasets and the implementation of data-driven workflows that power customer and operational solutions. You’ll oversee the full lifecycle of analytic and technical delivery - from research and validation through integration and deployment - ensuring that work is rigorous, scalable, and aligned with business and platform objectives. This role combines technical leadership with strategic coordination, requiring strong judgment in prioritization, cross-functional planning, and team development.

Desired Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in data science, data engineering, or related analytics fields, including 2+ years managing technical teams.
• Strong technical grounding in Python, Spark SQL, and modern data architectures.
• Experience overseeing both exploratory analytics and production-oriented engineering workflows.
• Demonstrated success managing cross-functional, customer-facing, or hybrid research-delivery projects.
• Proven ability to guide both scientific rigor and engineering discipline in a single organization.
• Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills for coordinating priorities across diverse stakeholders.
