Manager, Commercial Operations - Outlet Data Management

Location - Uxbridge
Contract – 12 Months Secondment

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Data Governance Specialist to join our team and take ownership of our Great Britain Outlet Universe (GBOU) — the core database that tracks all outlets in Great Britain that currently sell or have the potential to sell our products. You’ll be responsible for managing the quality and structure of this data in Salesforce, ensuring it aligns with our internal standards for outlet status, segmentation, and more.

This role is critical to supporting smarter business decisions and ensuring that our data is clean, consistent, and actionable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain & improve data quality in Salesforce for outlet-level records across the GB market.
  • Collaborate with both GB-based and international teams to ensure data processes follow centrally defined standards.
  • Work in collaboration with the planning team to maximise our OMNI ambition of 100% coverage.
  • Be a key business partner to our team in Bulgaria to drive data quality and governance ongoing.
  • Act as the main point of contact in GB for new tools and platform rollouts – supporting testing, feedback, and adoption.
  • Work with third-party providers to source and process external data and explore new data sources that can add value.
  • Support strategic planning, including the Annual Business Plan (ABP), by providing accurate outlet data and driving insights.
  • Help embed data best practices across teams and encourage a culture of data-driven decision-making.
LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU!

We want someone who’s curious, organized, and thrives on turning complex data into clarity.

You’ll likely be a great fit if you have:

  • Experience working with large datasets and platforms like Salesforce, Excel, or similar CRM tools.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the GB market, customers, and segmentations.
  • An understanding of data hierarchies and governance processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with key stakeholders in cross-functional teams and markets.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude—you’re not afraid to challenge the status quo.
  • Strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • A keen eye for details and strong analytical skills.
Why Join Us?
  • Be part of a team that values data as a driver of business growth.
  • Work across local and global teams, gaining exposure to a wide range of stakeholders and projects.
  • Shape how we use outlet data to support planning, sales, and performance.
  • Enjoy a supportive, collaborative environment where your ideas matter.
