A leading global food packaging company in the UK is seeking a Collection and Sorting Manager to drive the development of collection and sorting models for packaging waste. You will oversee projects ensuring alignment with regulations, develop business cases, and maintain stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate brings 8-10 years of experience in waste management and a strong background in project management. This role offers competitive salary and flexible working arrangements.

Within Tetra Pak’s global Sustainability Operations team, which leads the companies Collection and Recycling strategy and supports markets on developing effective plans and business models, we are looking for a high performing circular economy or waste management professional to deliver a global step change in collection & sorting of liquid packaging cartons. You will work as part of a broad team of passionate packaging sustainability experts.
The role holder – Collection and Sorting Manager – will play a central role in the development and deployment of effective collection and sorting models across key markets – including EPR, DRS and voluntary models. The role holder will also lead on external partnership forums and the research and development of new sorting technologies.
