The ideal candidate will have a 2:1 or 1st degree and demonstrate leadership abilities. This role requires a full driving license and the ability to travel regularly.

As a management trainee graduate, you’ll take part in a three‑year rotational development programme, which will see you jumpstart your career, alongside several other graduates across our business. Our graduate programmes aim to develop your knowledge and skills by providing the support you need to become a successful manager in our business. Our programme includes a series of placements across departments to maximise your exposure and understanding of our full business operating cycle. Delivered through:
You’ll carry out a diverse range of 26‑week placements covering supply chain, finance, corporate procurement and free trade sales, as well as operational placements in Transport and Warehouse operations. All with a focus on understanding the inner workings of our business to prepare you for your future role. At Bidfood, you’ll be in charge of your own destiny. And you’ll get plenty of opportunities to get involved with company‑wide projects, business improvements and exploring various parts of the business.
As part of the programme, you’ll have a dedicated mentor, job shadow opportunities and a schedule of additional training and master class sessions offered to you, to enhance your knowledge and skills.
