Key Responsibilities

• Business Financial Reviews - Work closely with clients to provide tailored financial insights, analysing both financial and non-financial data to support their future decision-making.
• Budgets & Forecasts - Prepare, monitor, and interpret budgets and forecasts to guide clients' strategic planning.
• Management Accounts - Support clients with preparation of regular management reports, identifying key trends, variances, and opportunities for growth.
• Benchmarking - Analysing multiple entities financial performance and establishing achievable goals for each business.
• Collaborate - Work alongside our Head of SME and support the wider team to deliver exemplary service to our clients.

You will be:

• A CGMA/CPA/ACA/ACCA qualified accountant with a minimum of three years' experience working in a Public Practice/Finance environment.
• An analytical mindset and aptitude to learn and develop your management accounting skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach to learning and professional development, particularly in management accounting practices.
