RG Consultancy are currently supporting an excellent organisation in their search for a Management Accountant to contribute to the efficiency of the finance department.

Overview

The role will include, but is not limited to the following:

• Oversee the preparation and timely submission of monthly management accounts.
• Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring smooth processing.
• Generate, review, and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Prepare detailed financial reports to support business decision-making and performance analysis.
• Lead the reconciliation of general ledger accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
• Contribute to the development of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, providing insights for financial planning.
• Ensure full compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and industry standards.

This role is ideal for an experienced Assistant Accountant or Management Accountant. The successful candidate would be willing to get involved in all aspects of the finance function to ensure everything is running smoothly.
