We're looking for a part-qualified or finalist Management Accountant who thrives on variety, with the enthusiasm to drive change and get involved in everything from GP calculations and month-end to payroll and CIS queries.

Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a part-qualified or finalist Management Accountant to join a growing business at a pivotal point in its journey. With recent investment and diversification, the company is evolving rapidly and needs someone who can bring structure, challenge existing processes, and analyze the numbers.

You will take on a newly shaped role with broad exposure—from GP calculations and month-end close to payroll, CIS, and balance sheet management. While a stable transactional team (AR, AP, bank reconciliations) is in place, there is a need for technical oversight and reporting, which is where you will contribute.

You will be responsible for all management accounts and be proactive in process improvements to help the business become future-ready.

Profile

You should be an experienced management accountant, actively studying, curious, proactive, and eager to get involved. The Finance Director is committed to your development, and you will be supported in growing into a fully qualified role.
