Management Accountant

A growing private‑equity backed business is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join its finance team. The organisation operates across multiple UK sites and supplies a diverse portfolio of designed and licensed products to customers in international markets. The environment is fast‑paced, creative and commercially focused.

Responsibilities

• Prepare group management information and complete balance sheet reconciliations to a high standard of accuracy
• Support the finance manager with KPI analysis and financial control
• Lead the preparation of budgets and present them to relevant stakeholders
• Manage forecasting and group reforecasting processes
• Produce weekly reporting and assist functional teams with their own submissions
• Support the audit cycle, including schedules, consolidation files and financial statements
• Create recurring reports that inform operational and commercial decisions
• Provide financial insight to senior leadership and managers across the organisation
• Assist the Finance Director with strategic and commercial projects

About You

• CIMA or ACCA qualification, or finalist status
• ERP experience, ideally with modern cloud or enterprise systems
• Background in group accounting, including multi‑currency and inter‑company work
• Confidence in handling large datasets and interpreting complex financial information
• Advanced Excel capability
