About the Role

The post holder will be responsible for the preparation of monthly budgetary control reports, analysing and reporting resultant variances to Senior Managers of the Trust. The post holder will also ensure that all expenditure and income due to the Trust is correctly accounted for, including raising any necessary charges to both internal and external bodies and monitoring actual expenditure incurred and income received. Further, the post holder is expected to assist in the preparation of financial returns for the Trust.

BCHC delivers a range of healthcare services across multiple sites and specialties, supporting more than 5,000 staff in community nursing, specialist care, and inpatient services. The Finance Department provides expertise and support to budget holders across the Trust’s diverse services.

  • Non‑clinical roles on Agency for Change Bands 7 – 9 that meet the prescribed skill level (RQF 6) and salary threshold are eligible for sponsorship.
