Qualifications

  • Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviour and/or mental health needs.
  • Willingness to work towards a Diploma or NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and keep accurate records.

Female Wake Night Support Workers – Barnet | £12.82 per hour | 30 hours per week | Night Shifts

We’re looking for caring, reliable Wake Night Support Workers to join our Barnet Supported Living services. You will support adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, and mental health needs, helping them feel safe, supported, and comfortable throughout the night.

What You’ll Be Doing

What We’re Looking For
  • Diploma or NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards one)
  • Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviour and/or mental health needs
  • Calm under pressure and confident working alone and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable adults and safeguarding their wellbeing

Important Information – The role is for individuals who already have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship. All successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check, which will be funded by CareTech.
