Job description

What does the job involve?

The family is looking for a male experienced carer to support the young adult with his personal care, bathing and creaming. You will need to have experience working with young non verbal adults on the autistic spectrum.

7 Hours a week, mainly late mornings. Days to be discussed.

Skills / experience / qualifications required:

• The candidate should be trustworthy, very compassionate and respectful.
• They will need to have a professional work ethic with the highest regard to confidentiality.
• A male carer is required due to the personal care aspect.
• You will need to be experiences and be able to provide proof of work in the care sector.

Proof of entitlement to work in the UK will be required as well as checkable references.

An Enhanced Disclosure Barring Check (DBS) will also be needed for this position.
