A global data and analytics company is seeking a Major Account Manager to lead a team in developing relationships with key clients in Life Sciences & Healthcare. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in large Pharma sales and a proven track record in managing complex client relationships. This permanent, full-time position offers hybrid working, with visits to London or Barcelona required 2-3 times a week. We are looking for a Major Account Manager to join our team in London (UK) or Barcelona (Spain).
As a Major Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading a Global team to grow the relationships with some of our largest clients in Life Science & Healthcare.
Clarivate believe that, in order to be successful, we must align ourselves to best serve the needs of the client and, as such, you will be responsible for orchestrating a team selling across our broad portfolio of SaaS products and consulting services. There will be an established book of business and strong foundational relationship base with our Enterprise clients as well as an expectation to drive significant new business growth via up-selling and cross-selling new subscriptions and services in line with Clarivate’s Value Creation Plan.
Clarivate’s Major Customers account for approximately 35% of the total Business Unit’s revenues and are all complex and multi-dimensional relationships. This team manages our largest global customers across the Life Sciences & Healthcare segment business, handling multiple geographies.
You’ll be reporting to our Vice President, segment Sales (LS&H), who is based in London, and collaborating with a team located across various international locations.
This is a permanent full-time position, hybrid going to our central office in London or Barcelona 2-3 times per week. Travel is required.
