A leading facility maintenance provider is looking for a Technician to ensure a safe environment and handle maintenance activities. The role includes carrying out daily maintenance tasks and working closely with internal teams. The ideal candidate will have engineering exposure and experience in facility maintenance. Job description

You will be responsible for :

Ensuring a safe environment for those who work at Tesco. Taking ownership of the reactive and proactive maintenance activity, the Technician will identify problems and implement effective solutions.

Carrying out daily maintenance including but not limited to fire alarm testing, sprinkler testing, HVAC maintenance and building maintenance.

Building effective relationships with the site leadership teams, communicating clearly on tasks and managing expectations where necessary.

Ensuring assets are fixed in line with the agreed SLAs.

Using the systems available to accurately record work completed and describing work which needs to be escalated.

Working closely with internal service teams and external contractors.

Meeting the necessary legal and compliance standards.

Working within a facility maintenance team

Engineering and maintenance exposure

Exposure to or the ability to use workflow management software.

Annual bonus scheme of up to 10% of base salary
