We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician with strong electrical and mechanical capability to keep our production facilities running at their best.

What you’ll be doing:
  • ⚙️ Preventative & reactive maintenance across a wide range of plant and equipment
  • 🔧 Diagnosing faults, tackling root causes and improving long‑term reliability
  • 📉 Reducing downtime using CMMS tools and smart maintenance practices
  • 🚨 Responding quickly and safely to breakdowns
  • 👨🏫 Supporting and guiding apprentices within the maintenance discipline
  • 🛡️ Working to the highest Safety, Health and Environment standards
What you’ll bring:
  • ✔️ Time‑served Mechatronics / Engineering Maintenance apprenticeship (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
  • ✔️ Strong electrical and mechanical maintenance experience
  • ✔️ Confident fault‑finding and interpreting technical drawings
  • ✔️ Experience in an industrial or manufacturing maintenance environment
  • ✔️ Familiarity with CMMS and Microsoft Office
Bonus skills:

  • ✨ 2391/52 Testing & Inspection
