Compensation

Welcome Bonus: £2000

Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: £30,700, with OTE up to £45,000.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct maintenance, inspections, and repairs on Mercedes Benz vehicles in accordance with established standards.
  • Diagnose vehicle issues accurately and perform repairs as needed.
  • Maintain precise records of all service activities and parts used.
  • Ensure all tools and workspaces are well maintained and safe.
  • Engage with customers to provide recommendations on vehicle maintenance needs and service options.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in vehicle maintenance and repair.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • A full, valid UK driving licence (essential).
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt, especially regarding electric vehicle technologies.
