Responsibilities
  • Providing day‑to‑day store‑facing service over the phone and on Teams.
  • Planning, booking, and processing store schedules for technology implementation to ensure programme efficiency.
  • Identifying issues proactively and working with the Line Manager to develop solutions.
  • Feeding valuable information to the Programme Team to assist in rolling out schedules.
  • Championing the behaviours and values upheld by Specsavers.
  • Working collaboratively and cross‑functionally with all relevant departments.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to store partners.
