A leading postal service provider in Northern Ireland seeks a Maintenance Team Leader to oversee automation engineering processes. This role involves providing technical leadership to a team and ensuring that automation equipment meets performance targets. Responsibilities include managing maintenance plans, leading preventative and corrective maintenance, and acting as a liaison between engineering and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation engineering and prior experience leading technical teams.
Salary: £58,268 pa, company pension scheme, with highly competitive contribution rates, 22.5 days annual leave, plus bank holidays. Permanent, Full time. Northern Ireland Mail Centre, Newtownabbey, BT36 4HQ.

We have a vacancy to join our dedicated Engineering team at the Northern Ireland Mail Centre.
In this key role, you'll provide first line technical leadership, guidance and support to engineers across the Mail Centre, ensuring our automation equipment performs at its very best.
As a leader within our engineering function, you'll be responsible for delivering a high quality maintenance service that keeps our operation running smoothly and efficiently. You'll take ownership of the Mail Centre maintenance plan, ensuring our automation assets consistently meet performance and availability targets.
Monday to Friday, approx 07:30 – 16:00 with a degree of flexibility.
