Qualifications

  • Formal qualification in Engineering such as HNC/HND or equivalent recognised training.
  • Lean qualification or demonstrable experience of lean principles and methods.
  • Demonstrable understanding of EHS management principles.

Responsibilities

  • Be jointly responsible with the Team Leader for the EHS performance of the team.
  • Ensure delivery and adherence to the maintenance plan.
  • Liaise with Production to minimise downtime of the plant.
