Maintenance Support Technician

Are you a seasoned Maintenance Support Technician within the FMCG space? If so, this opportunity might be perfect for you! We are currently seeking an individual with time served maintenance skills to join a renowned FMCG company near to Canterbury, Kent.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proficiency in both electrical and mechanical principles.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimise equipment performance and minimise downtime.
• Assist the Maintenance Engineers with preventative maintenance.
• Carry out PPM's on all manufacturing machines and take direction from maintenance engineers.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and provide reports as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the FMCG sector.
• Relevant knowledge/experience in electrical/Mechanical engineering.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and progress.
• Commutable distance from near to Canterbury, Kent.
