A national provider of housing services is seeking a Maintenance Planner to coordinate Planned Preventative Maintenance across educational facilities. Pinnacle Group are looking to recruit an Maintenance Planner to orchestrate all planned preventative maintenance activities across our contracted school facilities. In this role, you will maintain the PPM schedule, coordinate with contractors and ensure all tasks are completed in line with compliance and contract standards.
You will be joining our Total Facilities Management team based in Thorpe Le Soken, Colchester. Our Total Facilities Management team delivers integrated asset management and maintenance services across education, leisure, corporate, health and residential sectors. We focus on keeping facilities running smoothly, safely, and efficiently - helping our clients create spaces that work for everyone.
This is a full-time, office based role with the working hours of 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday.
