A leading urban developer in London seeks a Maintenance Operator to maintain plant and equipment efficiently. Responsibilities include diagnosing faults, performing scheduled maintenance, and ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols. Candidates should have an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent certification in HVAC or related fields. Skills in teamwork, communication, and customer service are essential. The role offers a salary ranging from £45,767 to £53,102, with flexible working arrangements available.
To undertake prescribed maintenance tasks as directed by the Engineering Supervisor. The post holder will work with a team of maintenance staff. They will carry out planned maintenance tasks and varied unscheduled work. Various shift patterns of 12 hour days / days and nights / nights only. Salary range £45,767 to £53,102 dependent on shift pattern.
