A healthcare organization based in Wolverhampton seeks a Maintenance Operative to join its Estates Maintenance Service. An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic operative within a vibrant and progressive Estates Maintenance Service.
Estates Management Team aims to provide an excellent support service to Trust assets, its patients, staff and visitors.
You will be part of a modernising team providing general maintenance to the built environment and support to a wide portfolio of buildings including working within the Trusts community premises. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate an understanding of all general maintenance activities, be a dedicated team player, and have a proven track record, being qualified to NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent standard NVQ Level 2/3 in a suitable building programme or provide equivalent academic or vocational experience.
