About the Role Mainstay Recruitment are recruiting a Maintenance Manager to lead the delivery of maintenance, repairs, and asset management across the South Region for our well known client. This role focuses primarily on Type 1 homes, while also supporting other Armed Forces accommodation as needed.

You will be responsible for overseeing both planned and reactive maintenance, managing subcontractors, and ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. A key part of this role involves analysing performance data, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring clear, consistent communication with stakeholders—including senior military personnel.
