Qualifications

• Experience in engineering management within food manufacturing or FMCG.
• Knowledge of maintenance management (FMGCA, RCM, Tribology, CBH).
• OSH certified with food hygiene accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute maintenance schedules for asset availability.
• Lead team to ensure safety, engagement, and potential delivery.
• Monitor departmental key performance indicators.
