The main purpose of the Maintenance Manager is to lead the site maintenance program and ensure all site assets—including manufacturing and processing equipment—meet specific site and legislative requirements. The role focuses on technical expertise, quick resolution, and maintaining customer service, safety, and quality without compromise. You will develop and execute the Maintenance Plan for complex beverage manufacturing lines to achieve asset care schedules, deliver accurate reporting, and drive efficiency improvements. Collaboration with site leaders and technical staff will assess the plan’s effectiveness and identify essential technical training requirements.
The role requires the successful candidate to demonstrate improvements in asset care systems, mechanical efficiencies, and budget management. You must understand where to invest to make a difference, illustrate a proven track record in driving key KBI’s with strong people‑management and communication skills, perform under high pressure, and make sound, timely decisions without losing sight of the bigger picture.
