Job description

To be responsible to the Site Manager for the smooth, efficient operation of all incubators and ancillary equipment. To maintain to a high standard of service, ensuring all faults are investigated as soon as noticed and corrected as soon as possible.

Reporting and liaising with the Site Manager, the Maintenance Manager assists in the overall running of the hatchery unit and takes an active role in the operation.
