Maintenance Engineer (Property Maintenance)

Are you a Multi‑Skilled Service Engineer or similar with a background in property maintenance looking to join a property maintenance company with 60+ years experience that focuses on offering quality property solutions across East Anglia.

On offer is a fantastic opportunity for a Multi‑Skilled Service Engineer or similar to join a team of engineers that conduct property maintenance for a variety of different issues such as plumbing, electrical and basic carpentry for student, commercial and residential buildings.

In this role, you will handle general maintenance tasks ranging from basic carpentry to electrical and plumbing. You will be given a company van and phone and rectify maintenance faults within a 40‑mile radius of Cambridge. This also involves travel to the office for schedules/meetings and ensuring accurate records of job completion to help ensure smooth operations.

This role would suit a Multi‑Skilled Service Engineer with a background in Electrical and Plumbing Service, as well as preferable knowledge of basic carpentry. You will need a Full UK driving license, good time management and root problem analysis skills.
