Qualifications

  • Knowledge of lighting and plumbing systems.
  • Experience with CAFM systems for maintenance record-keeping.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety procedures and compliance.

My client is seeking a Multi-Skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a dynamic team in the Cambridge area on a contract basis until November.

Responsibilities
  • Perform both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks across a variety of mechanical and electrical building systems.
  • Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and general building services to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
  • Adhere to safety procedures and policies, particularly those set by Integral and Amazon.
  • Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities using the site\'s CAFM system.
  • Liaise closely with site management and contractors to minimise disruption to operations.
  • Participate in site audits, inspections, and compliance checks.
  • Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives on site.
