A leading manufacturer in Witney is seeking a Maintenance Engineer (Shift) to perform maintenance on production machinery. The role involves mechanical and electrical fault-finding and continuous improvement projects. Candidates should possess a level 3 engineering qualification or equivalent and have experience in an automated manufacturing environment. Up to £51,750 (Basic £45,000 + 15% Shift Premium) + 32 Days Holiday Including Bank Holidays + Life Assurance + Extensive Flexible Company Benefits Package (Including cycle to work scheme, gym membership, dental insurance and dine out discounts, as well as access to Employee Assistance Programme)
40 Hours per Week Back Shift - Monday to Thursday 16:45 to 03:45 or 17:45 to 04:45
Maintenance Engineer required for a successful market leading manufacturer who offer excellent benefits. This is an exciting opportunity to secure a varied role working with robotics with scope to be a key player in improvement projects. The company are offering a shift-based role however this role requires no weekend working and a long weekend.
This role would suit a multi skilled engineer with experience working in a manufacturing environment. You will hold mechanical and electrical fault-finding experience and will hold a level 3 engineering qualification (or equivalent).
The role itself will be predominantly working on the new robotic wall line that the company has recently invested heavily in. This varied position will entail both pre-planned and reactive maintenance as well as extensive project-based work for continuous improvement. Reporting into the Maintenance Manager, you will be a key member within a small maintenance team where you can influence change and move the company forward.
