Join this impressive company as a Maintenance Engineer and play a pivotal role in maintaining the efficiency, safety, and reliability of our operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on Engineer who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about driving continuous improvement and making a real impact on site performance.

Day‑to‑day of the role
  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across Mechanical, Electrical, and IT/OT disciplines.
  • Troubleshoot and solve engineering/manufacturing challenges using proven techniques.
  • Support site development and the execution of capital projects.
  • Manage and prioritise maintenance activities with a strong focus on EHS, Food Safety, and production.
  • Control engineering spares stock and help reduce utility costs through continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, legal standards, calibrations, and safe systems of work.
  • Maintain 5S standards in the workshop and wider plant.
  • Keep accurate, timely records and support engineering audits.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Engineering qualifications/experience – desirable if within FMCG or the drinks industry but not essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage teams.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP desirable) and confidence with Excel.
  • Highly organised, detail‑focused, and able to balance individual initiative with team collaboration.
  • Calm under pressure with a positive, problem‑solving attitude.
