Maintenance Engineer - Electrical or Mechanical bias

Salary: £40,000-£42,000

Schedule: Days, Monday to Friday

Location: Treburley

Role

We are recruiting for a large FMCG manufacturer in the Treburley area seeking a Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance Engineer. The site operates to high manufacturing standards with a focus on reducing waste and operating in an environmentally sound manner. The flagship site has recently invested in new machinery, specialist training, and infrastructure. The Maintenance Engineer will join a team of seven engineers on site.

Responsibilities

• Provide electrical or mechanical maintenance support to the manufacturing site.
• Diagnose, repair, and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Work in tough working conditions on a busy manufacturing environment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to uphold high engineering and safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Electrically OR Mechanically biased maintenance engineer.
• Experience in an industrial, military (Armed Forces), or manufacturing background is acceptable.
• Willingness to work in challenging conditions.
