Overview

Maintenance Engineer - Electrical or Mechanical bias | Salary: £37,000-£42,000 | Hours: Days Monday to Friday | Location: Jacobstowe, Okehampton

We are recruiting for a large FMCG manufacturer based in the Jacobstowe area. The site operates to high manufacturing standards with a focus on reducing waste and environmental responsibility. The flagship site has recently invested in new machinery, training, and infrastructure. It requires a Mechanical or Electrical bias Maintenance Engineer to join a team of seven skilled engineers.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Contribute to a high-standard manufacturing operation and sustainable goals.
• Collaborate with a team of engineers and participate in training opportunities provided (OEM training).
• Work in a demanding production environment with tough working conditions.
